Our aim is to help people achieve. We design and deliver highly interactive and results driven training events using brilliant workshop facilitators with industry experience. Starting with what you want your people to get better at, we design learning based on the outcome, the people we will be working with and the budget you need to work to.
To give you an idea, we have developed a wide range of in-house tailored events including negotiation skills, an introduction to management, performance management, team building, the art of communication and many, many more. The key thing here is that we focus on what you want people to be able to do after training - that’s the critical point. We listen, propose and work with you to get the best event that’s right for your people.
Our approach is to first work with you to identify your training needs. We listen to your people, talk about your needs, look at where people are performing well already and establish where you want people top be people to be. The gap from current needs to future needs helps us identify the options available for you.
We then review the most effective and appropriate ways to deliver the training. This can include a wide range of new media support too. Once agreed, we work on developing and then delivering the tailored training. We source the right people to deliver the events based on their experience and professionalism.
Many people do not tend to concentrate on the evaluation but it is critical in two aspects. Firstly, has the training delivered what it set out to achieve and secondly, how can we move round the cycle and push to the next level? The value of evaluation is one of the areas we are keen to work on with our clients. It’s simply good practice.
