The founder of Skills Channel TV for example, is Alec McPhedran . He works internationally on a range of leadership, media and coaching assignments that are recognised as being pragmatic, valuable and fun. Then there’s Anne Leaver, always getting great feedback from clients and delegates on how they enjoyed their time with Anne and have put the skills learnt into immediate practice.

For really challenging events with large groups, then Alec works with John Dalton, a really creative and innovate facilitator, guaranteed to give a fresh approach to ideas.

We currently work with a wide range of professions from television production through to aerospace engineering. Our core strengths are in leadership, management, strategy, people and team development.
