In a nutshell…
Training is great. But it’s an expensive option. To get the best out of talent, we shouldn’t just focus on training. It’s about development, giving people new knowledge and skills and training may or may not be a part of that. What is clear within broadcasting is that coaching is probably one of the most effective options but potentially, one of the least used – likely due to  the time coaching might take. This one day workshop gives people responsible for developing their talent the key knowledge and skills to immediately apply coaching back in the workplace. A highly interactive and pragmatic day.

Aim
The aim of the workshop is to develop and practice the fundamental skills for coaching broadcast and production talent
