Alec is the managing director of Skills Channel TV. He brings an energetic and practical approach to learning and business development. Alec specialises in leadership and management skills in the creative industries throughout the world. Before his current role, Alec held senior positions with Channel 4, Railtrack, Financial Times Management, Henley Distance Learning, The Open College and The Sears Group.
