Alec is the managing director of Skills Channel TV. He brings an energetic and practical approach to learning and business development. Alec specialises in leadership and management skills in the creative industries throughout the world. He also has an excellent reputation for working with production and design companies trying to grow their way through to the next level in their development. Alec is a recognised leading talent coach and facilitator.

Before his current role, Alec held senior positions with Channel 4, Railtrack, Financial Times Management, Henley Distance Learning, The Open College and The Sears Group. He is a member of BAFTA, the Royal Television Society, the Association for Coaching, the Chartered Management Institute and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. He is also a Certified Practitioner of NLP.

 

As a person of strong conviction, Alec is a regular speaker and facilitator at media events as well as a media source for comment and opinion in people development in the creative world.  An advocate of professional and focused coaching, Alec is also the creator of the GENIUS coaching model.

A specialist production associate, Alexandra worked at the BBC for ten years as a successful radio and television producer. She was also part of the BBC's  highly imaginative Creative Network. She works  with clients such as the BBC, Channel 4, October Films and IMG. Alexandra delivers creative sessions. These are designed to encourage teams generate and pitch ideas which directly reflect audience needs. Now working throughout the UK on a wide range of activities.

Anne has an excellent reputation for getting the best out of people. Anne has a wealth of knowledge and experience in people and management skills. She has built up an excellent reputation for developing team leaders.  Anne works across a huge range of industries and has been a training and development consultant for well over twenty years. Clients include Virgin Media Television, Screen WM and Harrods.  Anne is a great interpersonal communicator and well respected.

She has worked with giants and minnows and can provide creative businesses a route to performance excellence.

As a published marketing author, Greg Clarke has an immense wealth of knowledge around marketing and business development.  He has built up a great reputation through his direct style that focuses on real issues and genuine support for managers and business owners. Much of the client feedback is exceptionally enthusiastic about the practicality of his ideas. For moving business forward. Greg works across the UK in business start-up, marketing and business management.

Geoff Motley

Geoff is the broadcast professional. Geoff has presented on both television and radio. His broadcasting career started with BBC  both in-vision and behind the scenes as a writer and creator of programme. Whilst busy as a broadcaster in his own right, Geoff has also been a guest contributor and expert commentator on numerous other shows. Geoff is a successful coach of current television and radio personalities and regularly works in high level talent development.

 

Greg Clarke

With a great track record in television and film, Dee is our film and television expert. From camera technique to production, Dee has the production experience that is still sought today by major broadcasters. Previously Director of the National Film and Television School Short Course Unit, Dee’s knowledge benefits all those who work with her. Dee has recently completed a major production with the BBC. Fantastic experience and industry credibility.
