For any cancellation up to 32 days before the first day of an event, there will be no charge other than any costs incurred and any contract agreement charge. If a cancellation is between 31 days and 15 working days of the event, there will be a charge of 50% of the agreed fee. If the cancellation is within 14 working days of the start date a charge of 100% of the agreed fee.
0 to 14 days before event - 100%
15 to 31 days before anevent - 50%
32 days or more nefore event - 0%
Cancellation fees are necessary as we use freelancers and professional trainers and coaches who typically will not be able to secure further employment on cancelled dates within the above periods. In certain instances, we will also have paid for the venue with up front costs.
Replacing a delegate
Clients or delegates may change nominated attendees as long as it is agreed by the client and Skills Channel TV Limited before any changes can be made. This is to ensure that that nominated replacements are of appropriate team leader, management or role specific level necessary to benefit from the event.
