Alec McPhedran of Skills Channel TV is a long standing CMI senior consultant. He has worked with the CMI on a range of management and coaching qualifications. Alec has helped to design, deliver, suppoort and assess on Level 3 and 5 programmes. He is also a CMI Chartered Manager assessor, a CMI qualification mapper and a management apprentice End Pint Assessor. To have reched this level of competence, Alec has has been trained and regularly moderated by the CMI to ensure consisitent and high quality standards.

0How does it work?
If you are interested, you can arrange a half hour or one hour coaching call. Simply contact us with three dates and your available times on those dates. We will confirm the date, time and how we will contact you. We will include a link for payment, which must be paid before the telephone coaching session can take place.
What are the costs?
For a half hour session, the fee is £30.00 (inc VAT) and for an hour, the fee is £50.00 (inc VAT). Please remember we will need your payyment before we can offer any coaching support.
What do I need for the call?
We would suggest having the relevant assignment question or assessment criteria handy along with any additional assignment details you have. We can then discuss the assessment criteria, assignment layout, narratives or similar depending on the nature of your call.
So what do you do?
We will not tell you how to write your assignment response or what to say for an assessment criteria. We will help you understand how the assessment criteria is broken down, the value of indicative contenr and then we will point you in the direction of any appropriate learning. The aim of a telephone one to one coaching session on CMI qualifications is to ensure you have clarity in moving forward in either your learning or approaching an assignment.
What happens if I have to cancel?
We will refund any payment we have received for any coaching booked up to eight working days before a call. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide any refunds for any cancellation within the eight days before a session, The reason for this is that due to the nature of this kind of work, the consultant will not be able to find any new work in such a short time period, hence the charges. We have to be fair to our team of expereinced and busy consultants.
