The CMI Qualification Assessment
To gain the qualification you will need to complete each stage and then submit a 3,500 word assignment. The assignment is based on demonstrating your understanding and application of coaching practice. We guide you through the whole process and offer support in developing your assignment. The assignment is completed and submitted six weeks after the workshop. It will take around 30 hours to carry out at least two coaching sessions and then write up on the experiences in the assignment
Once you successfully complete the assignment to the CMI standards, you will then receive the CMI Level 5 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring.
