Skills Channel TV work with a wide range of professional associates who are supportive and respected subject specialists. The great thing is that not only have they been senior managers in the past or indeed industry experts, many are also skilled pragmatic facilitators of learning. We feel learning g must be professional but without subject knowloedge and experience, it becomes kind of pointless.
For whatever talent you are looking to develop, our associate network delivers. We are professional, supportive and absolutely pragmatic. Our aim is to help people achieve.
Our approach
Learning and memory are closely related. Learning is the acquisition of knowledge or skills, while memory is the expression of what you’ve acquired. Another difference is the speed with which the two things happen. If you acquire the new knowledge or skill slowly and steadily, that’s learning. If acquisition occurs instantly, that’s making a memory.
On that basis, we develop learning to suit almost all individual styles, including learning styles, VARK styl;es and experiential learning. We agree critical learning aims and then how we can measure effectiveness of learning. Once done, we then discuss and develop the best suited learning options based on learners, locations, capability and of course, budget.
